Welcome to CeliacDish.com, a labor of love born from a promise to my daughter and a passion for good food. I’m Ethan, the founder, recipe developer, and dad of two amazing kids who know firsthand the challenges of living with wheat intolerance.
The Journey Begins
In 2015, my daughter’s diagnosis with celiac disease turned our kitchen upside down. What was once a place of joyful cooking and sharing meals became a laboratory of experimentation, filled with flour blends, tears, and the occasional inedible pancake. But I was determined to create a world where my kids – and others like them – could enjoy delicious, safe food without compromise.
The Promise
I made a promise to my daughter (and to myself) that we would never settle for bland or second-best again. That promise became CeliacDish.com, a platform where every recipe is 100% gluten-free, tested on real families, and written for busy people who still want to enjoy Friday-night pizza.
